"Initially quite hesitant to hire a designer for the staging of our home during the sale process, I met with Deborah one evening for an evaluation and proposal. I had read that those homes that are professionally staged tend to sell faster and for more money than the non-staged home. I agreed to let Deborah do her thing, and I was amazed by the transition (and wondered how I hadn't hired her when I moved in so I could have lived the way she designed my home all along). Within a few hours of my home being listed on the market, we had an offer at asking price; seven hours later there was a bidding war. We have since closed.
